Supervision
We offer Accredited Clinical Supervision

CBT Clinical Supervision with Sarah
I have worked as an NHS CBT Clinical Supervisor since 2020, achieving my Supervisor Accreditation in 2023, and in that time have supervised both trainees and qualified therapists with a range of experiences.
My approach as a Clinical Supervisor is supportive, encouraging, respectful and clear. I help to ensure that you are working within the CBT evidence base and able to use this in a flexible and useful way with clients. I aim to provide constructive feedback in a helpful and informative manner to enable you to grow and develop as a therapist in a safe and positive supervision environment.
I am happy to use a range of methods within supervision according to your learning style and needs – discussion, role play, video feedback, CTS-r, modelling etc.

CBT Clinical Supervision with Paul
I offer clinical supervision for qualified and trainee CBT therapists, with a supportive, collaborative, and reflective approach. Since qualifying in CBT in 2021, I’ve worked across a range of settings with children, adolescents, and adults, and now provide supervision grounded in evidence-based practice and guided by the BABCP supervision competencies.
Supervision sessions offer a structured and safe space to explore clinical work, build skills and confidence, and reflect on both client and therapist processes. I aim to support therapists in maintaining fidelity to CBT models while also developing their own therapeutic style and professional identity.
Whether you’re looking for regular supervision or ad hoc support, I can tailor sessions to your needs.
